Welcome to Nextouf, and thank you for stopping by. Our student rentals in Gainesville are cared for with attention and heart, offering a peaceful and comfortable place to live, study, and feel at home throughout the academic year. 
At the moment, all of our rentals are fully booked for 2025 and for the 2026–2027 school year. 
However, you are very welcome to already take a look around, discover our homes, 
and start imagining your stay for the 2027–2028 academic year. 
We believe that finding the right place takes time, and we are always happy 
to welcome future residents who share our values of care, calm, and respect.

We recommend an early visit as our housing is very much in demand.

For more than twenty years now, the students from UF and often Santa Fe College have rented my apartments and houses, sometimes staying a few years. It always has been a pleasure.
I have restored the different houses in keeping their orginality, striking for fonction and design...
students love that! 
Every place is unique and has some flavor from the past with the confort of today.
My maintenance team is very responsive.
I like the idea that my tenants can count on their landlady for a cozy place,
